Barb Wire was either a feminist counter-macho icon with a gun, or simply a pin-up fantasy bimbo for gunheads. (See also: the decline of Harley Quinn) It was a short wheelie from the 1994 Dark Horse comic to the film starring 'Baywatch' star Pamela Anderson, which drove the 'cycle right off the rails.
