Well designed, but a predictable, ridiculous mess.

Hyung Min-woo's manhwa series (1998) had the luck of being translated into English during the blazing rise of TokyoPop publishing (2002). The composite of video games, westerns, fantasy, and horror -which were novel things in the South Korean underground- followed a lapsed cleric in his revenge against corrupt angels. The film altered this into something more akin to Underworld, with a warrior quest through a ruined dystopia to combat ancient vampires.
